As we celebrated our 12th anniversary in 2025, we took time to reflect on what defines us – not just as a company, but as a team of individuals committed to making a difference. The result was our “12 Acts for 12 Years” community service initiative, a meaningful way to turn our values into action.

Whether it’s hosting a barbecue, sponsoring charity events, assembling vital care packages or just volunteering some of our time, we truly care about the people who make up our diverse and vibrant community and are committed to doing our small part.
Our work is rooted in collaboration, trust, and creating environments where people can thrive. Community service is a natural extension of that mindset. Whether we’re supporting a school district, a local nonprofit, or a neighbor in need, we approach it the same way we approach our work – with intention, care, and a focus on lasting impact.
