She has delivered over $900 million in facilities solutions, leading project teams through construction, needs assessments, solution design, and strategic planning.

Luke Pfotenhauer P.E. : CEM

VP DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS

Luke has over 20 years of experience delivering $900 million in capital facilities projects that enhance educational environments.

He leads multi-disciplinary teams through assessment, design, and execution, with a collaborative approach that ensures client needs are met.

Rochelle Van Den Heuvel

EDUCATIONAL DESIGN DIRECTOR

Rochelle brings 25 years of experience in education, including 17 years with Grand Rapids School District 318, where she served as teacher, Director of Technology, Curriculum Director, and Assistant Superintendent of Teaching and Learning.

She now leads Educational Adequacy and Strategic Planning for InGensa, aligning facilities with evolving educational and organizational goals.

Gary Lovitz

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Gary brings over 20 years of project management experience, overseeing more than $900 million in capital programs.

As Senior Project Manager, he leads all aspects of implementation – from budgeting and phasing to resource coordination and subcontract management, all while ensuring contractor compliance and site safety.

Jorden Pangrac

PROJECT MANAGER

Jorden has over 10 years of experience working with clients, including direct management of more than $150 million in project construction. 

As Project Manager, Jorden manages all aspects of pre-construction through closeout, including directly managing prime contractors, developing initial budgets, cost estimating, developing and managing timelines, and collaborating with multi-disciplined design teams.

Jake Myrvold

SENIOR SITE SUPERINTENDENT

Jake brings over 20 years of construction experience, with more than a decade managing and delivering projects across healthcare, food service, education, industrial, and multi-family facilities.

At InGensa, he oversees scheduling, site logistics, manpower and quality assessments, temporary facilities, and dispute resolution, while serving as both owner’s representative and community liaison.

Angie Stahnke

LEAD SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Angie brings over 20 years of experience supporting project managers in delivery of education and commercial construction projects. She has contributed to more than $500 million in new construction, additions, and renovations.

Angie manages key project administration and coordination functions to keep schedules, documentation, and budgets moving efficiently.

Lauren Still

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & SOCIAL MEDIA REPRESENTATIVE

Lauren brings over 10 years of marketing and design experience along with 5 years in education. She has developed campaigns, strengthened social media engagement, enhanced brand visibility, and designed websites and multimedia content.

At InGensa, she leads the communication team in creating digital and print material, managing platforms, and supporting marketing initiatives.  

Jennifer Peterson

PUBLIC EDITORIAL COMMUNICATIONS

Jen has 23 years of education experience in teaching and instructional design, bringing a deep understanding of schools to her communications role. She has written curriculum for multiple districts, served on state-standard task forces, and designed online learning programs.

Jen now builds district relationships, leads communication efforts, and supports educational adequacy planning. 

Ilene Governale

CONTROLLER

Ilene has 30+ years of senior-level experience across diverse industries, leading operations in accounting, finance, human resources, and business development.

As InGensa’s Corporate Controller, she oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and HR processes.

Jared Mohr

PROGRAM MANAGER

Jared has over 20 years of experience in education and manufacturing markets, delivering $150 million in capital facilities and energy efficient projects.

An expert in HVAC&R, he leads interdisciplinary teams assessing and designing facility systems including scoping, budgeting, sizing, modeling, QA/QC, and procurement. Having grown up on a south-central Minnesota farm, he’s hands on and resourceful.

Alex Haapanen

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Alex brings more than 6 years of B2B sales and development experience, with a track record of driving results. He earned President’s Club recognition in 2022 and produced more than $1 million in annual revenue over three years.

In his role, Alex builds strong client relationships, develops pipeline, and ensures clients achieve their desired outcomes.
